Service Satisfaction Policy

Our goal at Glamorous Productions is to provide each client with outstanding service and to make sure every client is happy before they leave our salon. As our guest, if you are not happy with your outcome, you have 48 hours to contact the salon and make arrangements for a correction. Our policy does not honor clients who have changed their mind on a service they asked for. Correction services only covers an error made on the stylists' part.  For an example: If you want a different hair color or cut, nail color or perm rod that you agreed on at your consultation, that will be another service at the full amount. 

When you contact us within 48 of your appointment, your stylist will correct their error with NO Additional Charge at their earliest availability. If you attempt to correct the color yourself or have another salon correct the color before your correction appointment that will void our offer to correct at no charge. 

The owner, Chelsea must be made aware of these concerns asap.

Cancellation Policy

We ask all of our guests to give us a minimum of 24 - hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If you cancel/reschedule/change your appointment within the 24-hour window, you will either be charged 25% of your scheduled service cost, or you will be required to put a card on file in order to book any future appointments. Please be aware that cancelling last minute may cause your stylist to be at work without pay.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. Gratuity is accepted in the forms of cash and/or Venmo. Gratuity cannot be added to your credit/debit card payments.
